Local Pickup
Local orders may be picked up in the Grand Rapids, MI area. Please contact for pickup arrangements.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
Handling time: for in-stock items is typically 1-2 days (M-F), and built-to-order items is typically 1-3 days (M-F); depending on open order volume.
Free shipping: Free standard domestic shipping within the US on orders over $49.
Standard shipping: USPS or UPS to be used for standard shipping. Rockford Sound reserves the right to choose the most economical shipping method for all orders qualifying for free shipping.
Standard shipping delivery times estimated to be between 2-8 days.
Expedited shipping: Expedited shipping is available at checkout, rates vary on package weight and destination. Expedited shipping via USPS Priority Mail.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Canada Shipping
Shipping to Canada is available, rates starting at $12.99USD.
Handling time: For in-stock items is typically 1-2 days (M-F), and built-to-order items is typically 1-3 days (M-F); depending on open order volume.
Transit times: Typical transit times can vary from 1-4 weeks. Rockford Sound makes no guarantees for delivery dates or times.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Custom dues and declarations: All customs dues (if any) are responsibility of buyer. Rockford Sound will declare total purchase price on customs forms as required for insurance purposes. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
Insurance: All shipments will ship insured. Insurance costs are covered by quoted shipping rates.
Damages: Rockford Sound is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
