Return Policy

Overview

Products purchased from Rockford Sound may be returned within 14 days* of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused and in 100% like new condition – showing no signs of wear or use and shall be fully functional. Items must also include their original packaging in its entirety, and returned with all included/supplemental material and items. Any item(s) returned which does not meet this criteria shall be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Rockford Sound reserves the right to reject any return for reasons that include (but are not limited to) – signs of obvious abuse, pet or tobacco odors, water damage, wear and tear, obvious signs product was used outside of its designated function, and most importantly if the item is in general unsaleable condition.

For items under warranty (or in need of warranty service), the purchaser should first contact the manufacturer.

If you find any parts missing from your item(s), first reach out to the manufacturer, as Rockford Sound typically will not have piece/parts in our stock. In the rare event we do, we will mail it out as soon as possible.

For any item purchased and received that is either damaged or broken out of the box (that is for brand new product, in factory sealed packaging), contact us immediately, and we will help to get it sorted out.

For items returned after 30 days, Rockford Sound may offer a partial refund, or in store credit at it’s discretion.

After 45 days, returns shall not be accepted for any reason, except for potential trade-in credit. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

*Pickups that have been installed cannot be returned. Seymour Duncan does have a 21 Day Exchange program, and purchaser is directed to contact Seymour Duncan directly at (805) 964-9610.

Shipping and Returns

Purchaser is responsible for any and all return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

International Customers

Returns are not accepted on international shipments.
