The construction of the plug provides a direct soldering interface to the oxygen-free copper plug tip for end-to-end pure copper conduction. With no dissimilar materials in between the cable core and plug tip to alter your sound, you end up with the cleanest possible audio reproduction.

Mogami W3082 Super Flexible Studio Speaker Cable

Coaxial Design is used to provide as large a conductor size as possible, which results in the following features:

• Large conductor size of 2.0mm (close to #14AWG) despite small OD of 6.5mm (0.256″). (Same conductor size for both internal and external (shield) conductors.)
• Oxygen-free copper, and durable outer jacket
• Better sound quality than quad or regular parallel configuration.

G&H High Clarity Plugs

The G&H High Clarity plugs are an extension of the original “Bigfoot” series 1/4” TS plugs. By eliminating the solder tab your signal has a more direct path producing a cleaner sound. The BF2PM series retains the solid, separately crimped ground of the BF2P and it’s insert molded design assure the highest reliability.

It starts with an OFC copper core for maximum conductivity. The copper is expanded into the tip for a solid connection. Then it, along with the plug body are placed into a plastic mold. The insulating material is injected into them forming a solid assembly.

Calculation based on total cable resistance not exceeding 5% of speaker load impedance.

Mogami W3082 is 14AWG, and specs at 27mOhm/foot

4 ohm load – 40 feet

8 ohm load – 75 feet

16 ohm load – 150 feet

You may use the provided lengths as general guidance. If you need to run longer cables with stated loads, it is best to move up in size to the next larger gauge (smaller number) cable.
